Leadership Wisdom from The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari is as the name suggest, a leadership book filled with leadership values and skills. Robin Sharma goes on to explicitly describe the leadership wisdom one can deduct from his worldwide bestseller The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. He beautifully goes on to present what he calls ‘The 8 Rituals of Visionary Leaders’. These leadership rituals are not just presented as hard and fast facts but conveyed through a cohesive story that is well connected with his previous book.

This is one of the best books I have ever read. The author uses no jargons or slangs and the simplistic use of language makes the book reader-friendly. There are no chances of deducing a wrong message out of it. It is clear and convincing. I also love how the author uses a chapter summary at the end of each chapter. Above all I really treasured the 8 rituals. I felt these rituals are so powerful and highly practical. And the author uses so many clever analogy and examples to explain each ritual. One downside of the book is that it is primarily meant for a corporate leader but having said this, there are so many values and skills that all of us can gain from the book. I believe it has the potential to transform anybody on an individual level and obviously as a leader.

So, I would highly recommend this book to everybody. This is the book for you, if you are looking for ways and means for self-development and of course if you are leading a team and wants to maximize the team output.
