Classic introduction to Vajrayana Buddhism

This is one of the most well known classic on the introduction to Vajrayana Buddhism, more popularly known as Tibetan Buddhism. This was written by Patrul Rinpoche (1808 – 1887) also known as Kunkhan Jigme Chokyi Wangpo ( see: http://www.rigpawiki.org/index.php?title=Patrul_Rinpoche ). For anyone interested in understanding the basic teachings on which Tibetan Buddhism is based, this book is highly recommended. These days, BBS TV in Bhutan also airs teachings from this book almost every morning between 6 am and 7 am given by Khenpo Tshewang. The English translation done by Padmakara Translation Group is clear and easy to understand. I recommend this book to anyone interested in getting a deeper understanding of our valued spiritual heritage.
